Oldies, Newsies, Goodies

Cleaning out some old bytes on the hard drive… I found some old gems I had mostly forgotten about. So, I went to my Soundcloud page and found a couple more which didn’t make the cut during my last OS upgrade/DAW conversion. I decided to put the highlights together as a set. Please take a listen, comment and enjoy.

B Return

Hope you’ve all enjoyed the Scotch on the Rock archive… There will be new pairings coming shortly.

tr909

I’m currently working on the next album. Thus far, it feels much more live and organic. Shifting from the Roland TR-909 style sounds to live drums… adding more guitar parts (thank you again to the good folks at Line 6). Oh, and a LOT more bass. I still wouldn’t classify this as a “bass record”… but you might.

A Return

Ladies and Gentleman,

After much consideration, the decision has been made to bring back the wildly popular ‘Scotch on the Rock’ column. Originally housed on the Postcard Elba site; I will be transferring those pages over here and I will continue updating with my scotch and music pairings. This was an idea I’ve been thinking about for a while… and in the past couple of days I’ve decided it will happen.

If you are excited, the credit and thank yous go to Mat Alano-Martin, Janek Gwizdala, and Whisky Blender
